T-minus 5 days and counting....

Just wanted to report that we are both feeling much better and are ready for the upcoming week! I have recovered 100% from the two surgeries and Trish is feeling about 90% from her bout with the flu.

Trish and I were both enjoying sleeping in and peace and quiet for what could be the last weekend in a very long time! Hard to imagine that this time next week the little guy will be sleeping just feet away.

Mommy and Daddy Troubles

Well, it's been a rough couple weeks for the parents to be. Trish has been fighting off a nagging cold that finally caught her. I had all four of my widom teeth removed on Feb 25th and when they had finally healed this past Wed was greeted with Acute Appendicitus. That lead to immediate surgery Wed night and I've been home ever since recovering.

Between a sick mom to be and a "useless" organ free daddy... we're in poor shape.

Nursery Photos

This is Jack's bedroom! We put more thought and effort into this room then any other room in our apartment.

Trish even put up a chalk board for all the chores that she'll be requiring of me. Well, actually, I put up the chalk board, but she will still expect me to do what's on it!

Mom and Dad to be put on their painting caps and painted the walls with the stars and moon.

And so it begins! Here is Jackson at his 20 wk ultrasound. We are very new at the blogging routine, so bare with us while we get used it.

It is our hope that we'll both post pictures and updates as they occur. Thanks for the outpouring of love and support. We are extremely excited about our new addition!

Jackson will be making his big debut on March 20th unless he decides to make an early arrival.
