Jack's Birthday Party - 2 years old!

The family gathered at our place for a low key birthday party for Jack. We had a "choo-choo" theme for our locomotive crazed son. We had an excellent time and Jack even blew out his own candle! I'm going to post the video on Facebook since the blog doesn't seem to upload large videos.

Mommy made the cake! Grandpa noted that the coal car should have been behind the engine.

Jack was excited to see his cake and hang out with Mom.

Jack's cousin's, Phoebe, Sophie and Annie came over to help celebrate.

Lindsey could barely contain her excitement.

Jack's sister Lucy wasn't impressed. She slept almost the entire time.

Time to blow out the candle!

Unfortunately for Dad, the best family photo included him making a joker face. Mommy looks great and that's what matters!

Thanks to the Gurkins for loaning Jack their train table and set! All the kids had fun and Jack hasn't stopped playing with the trains since.

Jack gets some Grandma time.

Lauren brought over her dog Juno to join the party. Jack took the opportunity to pet and feed the dog. Tortilla chips... He feed the dog copious amounts of chips.

Lucy made sure to get some Grandma time as well.

Jack opens his biggest toy. He got some help from the girls.

Jack gets more cake! It was the only way to get the Conductor's hat on him.
