Jack at the Park - Follow-up!

This was a pretty funny video for Trish and I.  Jack really hams it up for the camera!

Halloween!

May the force be with you!

Jack at the Park

Trish and Shazneen get to roll down to the park every afternoon for a little fresh air and fun.  This past week, Jack got to ride on the swing and then a couple days later got to ride down the slide!  In true, understated fashion, Jack was totally unfazed by the developments.

Day 1 - The always overstated reactions of Jack Lambert.  Inside he's screaming with glee.

Equally as impressed with Shayaan's swinging abilities.

Don't mess with the Park crew.  From left to right, Shayaan, Shazneen, Trish and Jack.

Yeah!  Mommy and Jack enjoying the park.  Can't you see the joy in Jack's face!

Day 2 - Moving up to the slide in the Ed Hardy hoody from Aunt Kim.

This is the "I'm ready for an awesome trip down the cool slide" look.

Awesome trip complete and totally blowing Jack's mind.

Looking cute after an afternoon of sliding!

Mommy petitioned the editor of the blog and asked that this photo be posted due to its cuteness.

Jack at the beach

Trish and I took Jack to the beach to check out the fog.  Unfortunately, by 4pm the fog had burned off and it was a beautiful afternoon.  Here are some of the photos from the beach afternoon.

California Chillin.

Jack wearing SPF 2,000.

There's the fog!  And a fun toss into the chilly air.
I'm the king of the world!

Cavanagh Family Trip to Seabrook

The Cavanagh Clan met up for the second annual Seabrook, WA summer family get together. Seabrook is a cozy beach town that is reminiscent of a 1950's "Leave it to Beaver" neighborhood. While the weather wasn't the greatest, the festivities were. We enjoyed the beach, shuffleboard, tag football, midnight poker and smores. We even had a 4 day old new addition to the family join us, Bill and Susie's 5th child, Lindsey (front left)!

July 4th Week

Colleen visited LA a couple days before the rest of the Gurkins came into LA to visit us. After cuddling Jack for the first day, Colleen and Trish had a girls night out and went to Katsuya Sushi in Hollywood for dinner and then to the Pantages Theather to watch Wicked.

Looking cool in their California required accessories!

Ready to see some fireworks after a long day at the pool.

August Update

Sorry folks for the month and a half long hiatus. Trish and I have been enjoying a fun, yet incredibly tiring, month since our last posting. At the time of our last posting, Jackson was 15 pounds and 4 months old. He's now 17 pounds and just over 5 months old.

We've had the pleasure of having The Gurkins visit over the July 4th week, we had a great family vacation at Seabrook on the Washington coast and we have lots of photos of the times inbetween. We've also had the displeasure of hanging out with Jackson every 1.5-2 hours at night for the last 4 weeks as he practices his primal screaming.

So, here are the chronicles of the LA Lamberts from the last 4 weeks.
